A note to Friday

As I sit here on this Friday eve, waiting and longing for you, I know in my heart I will have to wait...you're not one to be rushed. You always seem to take your time as though you need to think about it. I would think by now it would be easier for you since you come every week. I suppose if it was too simple, it wouldn't be as exciting.
I must admit I'm tuned up and ready for you as I've made plans to enjoy you to the fullest. Don't hesitate to make my happiness a priority...I'm worth it.

I feel so blessed to wake up and have all my faculties, finding my family alive and in good health, ready for this great day to be a blessing to someone! Let's always extend ourselves to those in need of  whatever we are able to give, whether it's our time, talent, or finances...it's all God's anyhow!

Well, it's time to get on with my day and my friend Friday is here to join me and make this weekend fabulous!

Friday Eve

HELLO and welcome back for a Friday Eve update!
Today is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it and for it!
This is the day leading up to the day that makes my heart melt, FRIDAY! Yeah, you got it, it's my thing to write about my favorite day! Tomorrow I will greet my good friend and we will slide into the weekend with ease. So sweet the thought of what's ahead!

You're here! I waited all week for you and now you are right here greeting me early and I am so happy. Life is good and life with you my friend is even better!
Work will go much smoother now that you're around to assist me, together we are a great combination !
Last week was a blast, I was on a much needed vacation and had a great time, I need a REPEAT!
There have been some frustrating occurrences lately in my life, but knowing I'm an overcomer and God's got it, I can rest assured it will all work out for the better! More details later!

A new season is on the horizon and I'm all excited like a kid the night before Christmas! So much to be thankful for. It's gonna be BIG! And Friday you are here to help me make plans!

As I lay down for the night, my thoughts are of a day that I can plan my next season with new goals, and new expectations. Can't wait to see what God will do! So excited, in hopes of a much brighter tomorrow, after all it will be Friday!

OK, so I had some blogging setbacks and it's now post Friday! Challenges with Internet while vacationing can be expected to happen from time to time so it happened to one lovely person who adores Friday but couldn't express it with limited capabilities! Please excuse! I could either enjoy vacation or stress about my blog...I chose the relaxation that comes from taking time off from life as usual to mix it up a bit!
Friday knows that even though I'm away from my normal habitat, I still love myself some FRIDAY!

Enter Friday! Let me introduce you to the world of the weekend! Longing for your simple touch is what gets me through most weekdays especially this week. It was long and full of unnecessary stress that I didn't need! I'm looking forward to the new season God has planned for me, the one I should've walked into years ago.

I have truly experienced Truth without Grace this week and one without the other is NO good, they have to be combined to be in God's will!

We allow fear to paralyze the blessings that are right before us by limiting God and not stepping out, going forward, putting one foot out ahead of the other. Sometime we have to have "the push" to move  on and finish what was started so long ago.   I'm so grateful for His goodness and mercy that allows me to mess up and still be accepted!

Well, it's a different Friday today, filled with hope of dreams fulfilled!  Enjoy this day that the Lord has truly made...Friday, you make me happy!

Friday Eve

Today was quite eventful, actually it was followed by a series of what I'd refer to as work irritation..The prelude to all this bunk was a request for a vacation a mere two months before taking it, accompanied by someone else asking for the exact same time off who made their request 2 weeks before. Discounting the fact that one person has 16 years of service and the other less than 2.

Right now it's too much for me to recite again today as the hour has moved so close to the entrance of my sweet Friday, so I will sleep peacefully and dream good dreams of success and happiness despite the episodes of this week. Vacation will be a welcome turn of events, no work, no questions, no irritation about time off from a job.  Seasons come and seasons go and my season reporting to jobs is coming to a close. I must spend my time working my business for Ive determined I can not do both.

God is with me and provides all I need for life, health, and godliness! Kicking fear to the ground and stomping on it!
